The farm holidays of the Molino family, plunged in the country
side of Nurra, in the North of Sardinia, is a typical example of the
passage from agriculture (a small market garden) and breeding (bovine,
goat, ovine, swine, poultry) to the good cuisine.
The menu often changes
according to what comes out from the garden, like vegetables in season,
or from the breeding; here it’s possible to taste salami, cheese, the
excellent vegetables in olive oil, as well as the typical cakes of
Sardinian tradition. Besides the good cuisine, our farm offers
accommodation in order to spend some days in harmony with the nature.
